The NEW NEBOSH working with Wellbeing is a qualification that is a must have for those people having people management responsibilities especially Health and Safety Professionals, HR personnel and other Managerial and Supervisory staff.

Learners embarking on a health and safety career path and those who already have the NEBOSH IG/NG in OHS will benefit from this program as they will be able to better understand the requirement for holistic wellbeing of employees and proactively influence the health and safety-based behaviors of all employees within an organization

The qualification has been created after a lot of research with many of the worlds leading organizations with an aim to improve overall wellbeing in the workplace within any sector and covers:

• What ‘wellbeing’ is and why it matters
• The different factors that can positively and negatively impact wellbeing
• The benefits of achieving good worker wellbeing
• Practical initiatives that can improve wellbeing
• How to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives

Successful learners will be able to gain the knowledge and skills to positively influence employee wellbeing in your workplace

• Part 2 – Intervention Plan explaining how its effectiveness will be evaluated

You will receive your results within 24 working days of sitting the assessments. Once you have achieved a pass a qualification parchment will be issued. This is normally within 40 working days of the confirmation of the successful unit.
