Course Overview
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to conduct first, second, and third-party audits of Quality Management Systems (QMS) against ISO 9001:2015, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
This course equips participants with the technical understanding and auditing proficiency needed to become competent Lead Auditors in QMS environments.

This course is approved by Exemplar Global (formerly known as RAB-QSA) and is internationally recognized. The certification awarded upon successful completion meets global standards and is valued across a wide range of industries.
Course Description
Participants will learn the core principles and practices of auditing in alignment with internationally accepted norms and regulatory frameworks related to ISO 9001:2015.
The course delivers a balance of theoretical understanding and practical audit experience, enhanced through activity-based learning, interactive group workshops, real-world simulations, and guided discussions.
Led by experienced trainers, the program walks participants through the full audit process—from preparation and execution to reporting and follow-up.
🔸 Those who pass the final examination and skills assessment will receive a Lead Auditor Training Certificate.
🔸 Those who do not pass will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance.
This course meets the formal training requirement for initial certification as an Exemplar Global QMS Auditor, and allows for further advancement into Graduate-level certifications offered by Exemplar Global.
